Project description:
Commercial Shopping Center Development in NE Redmond
on a large urban site bordered by city streets on 3 sides and a highway on the Northside. Imrpovements includes parking
lot, drainage design including drinage ponds (no city storm system), significant grading (cut and fill), utility design, and
half street improvmeents. Current tenants include Selco Credit Union, Maui Wowie Juice Bar, and a fitness retailer.
Additional space is currently for lease.
